Al Jazeera English to Host Media Panel at Newseum

Al Jazeera English which has struggled to gain a foothold in the U.S. will be hosting what is likely to be a very one sided panel on the media next week at the Newseum.

Just days before Al Jazeera English makes its debut on the U.S. TV airwaves, the network will hold a panel discussion to investigate the media's role in covering the United States from home and abroad, and the challenges faced by international news networks.
Josh Rushing will moderate the panel featuring AJE's Sir David Frost, analyst Marwan Bishara, host Ghida Fakhry and managing director Tony Burman.
The event will take place at the Newseum on June 25th at 12:30 PM.
